Julie-how is the art work coming for the bar??? do you still need dimensions?? are you driving up a van, do you have room to bring stuff up?
Su- Do you need help with the camp stim signs???
Angie- glowsticks, will be ordered tonight. Barter gift boxes are being made as we speak, however i am thinking i should just use the one that we used for our wedding?? Its in shape of a cake, any thoughts???? Also trash sticks and boxes are done too. As for t-shirts if you can send me your name ideas again, that would be great, the shorter the better(it keeps it cheaper)
Also i will be sending out the coffee bar schedule tomorrow.

Thu, July 28, 2005 - 12:14 AMEverything progressing nicely on my side. I still have to register our radios with Burndir, but I'll get on that shortly. And I have to steal a Lavos los Manos sign as well. Looking for a really nice one to grab though.
On a more serious note, I have still secured a lot of pre-bent Rebar, but haven't picked it up yet. I need to know if anyone will need seriously heavy-duty Rebar for our camp this year? Otherwise I'll let it go. This is the sort of stuff they use for Centre camp and that you can hold an Elephant back with - not for the feignt hearted.
Dan / Josh - one more time, do we need extra Rebar or are we ok? -

I will be needing some help in the sign area. You were talking about reinforcing it so it stands on its own. I have not even thought of reinforcing that yet. I will get in contact with you smarty pants once they are cut out and I get dimensions.
Also, decorating the "ashtray" boxes. mmmm Maybe we can do that at our last meeting if I run out of time.
Should we set a meeting date soon so people can clear there schedules????? How about the weekend of August 12th? -
